VINDITY Inc is hiring Bench Sales Recruiters (Onsite Role)
Note: No Remote
Note: This is an immediate requirement. Start date ASAP.
Note: NO CAB FACILITY - Night shift
Timings: 06:30 PM IST to 03:30 AM IST (EST timings)
Required Experience: 3-5 years
Location : VIP HILLS, Beside Capital Park, Madhapur, Hyderabad
Job Description:-
• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
• Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Yahoo Hot Jobs), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
• Well versed about US Terms and Visa Types
• Sourcing requirements from Prime Vendors or Direct Clients, etc. To submit the Bench Consultants.
• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submissions to interviews.
• Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
• Must be having capability to work with a team or individually.
• Should be capable to handle a team as well.
• Maintain close contact with candidates/Vendors/ recruiters/offshore team.
• Regular interaction and Follow-up with Bench Consultants and identifying their needs and getting them in to projects accordingly.
• Maintaining Good interpersonal Relation with the Client and the Vendors.
Required Qualifications/Background Profile:-
• Any graduate can apply.
• Good Communications Mandate.
• Go-Gitterned committed
