Responsibilities
1. Use industry standard best practice & familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and write content.
2. Communicate with multiple departments as needed to create content in synergy.
3. Prepare an editorial calendar by collaborating with other members of the content team to ensure timely delivery of content.
4. Develop content for multiple online platforms such as, website, social media, email marketing, blogs etc.
5. As necessary, use CMS & other required tools for efficient content delivery.
6. Work with the design team and clearly sync with the overall marketing strategy.
7. Monitor and analyze the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to introspect the need & optimize content accordingly.
8. Use business targeted keywords, strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of the website.
Qualifications
1. Proven record of excellent writing skills in a professional portfolio with a minimum 4 years of experience.
2. Impeccable grasp of the English language, including idioms, trends.
3. Experience using content creation and content marketing tools.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and effectiveness in communication.
5. Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
