Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and creative Beverage Chef to join our team and bring a new level of innovation to our beverage menu. The Beverage Chef will be responsible for creating and developing new and unique beverage recipes, as well as refining and improving existing recipes. The ideal candidate should have a passion for mixology, a deep understanding of flavors and ingredients, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
•Develop and create new and unique beverage recipes that are visually appealing and delicious
Work with the kitchen team to ensure that the beverage menu complements the food menu
•Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure that ingredients are available as needed
•Conduct tastings and trials to ensure the consistency and quality of the beverages
•Create and maintain an inventory of beverage ingredients
•Manage the beverage program and ensure that the bar area is well-stocked and well-maintained
•Train and manage the bar staff to ensure that all beverages are prepared according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines
•Work with the management team to create and manage the beverage budget
Requirements:

•In-depth knowledge of beverage ingredients and flavor profiles
•Relevant mixology skills
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•Basic communication skills
•Ability to manage and train a team of bartenders
•Strong organizational and planning skills
•Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
•High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or culinary arts preferred.
