Come grow with us in an atmosphere that’s as dynamic as you are, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Beverage Supervisor to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of hospitality
Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Beverage Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our 6 bars and function room. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of experience in a similar position, flexible availability, and all necessary certificates for hospitality service in Queensland. This role is paid at Level 5 Registered Club Award.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage bar staff to ensure efficient and effective service.
Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Oversee stock levels, ordering, and inventory management.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Train and mentor staff members.
Assist in the development and implementation of bar promotions and events.
Requirements:
Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar supervisory role.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
All relevant certificates for hospitality service in Queensland.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service skills.
Knowledge of bar operations and inventory management.
