In the role of Small Business Banker, you will join the Small Business Banking and Agribusiness team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
Undertake sales related requirements for a portfolio of Small Business Agri & Diversified customers.
Build relationships with Business Partners to create and action new business opportunities and support our customers.
Increase our customers ‘Mybank’ footprint and undertake retention related activities for existing customers.
Understanding customers business needs to provide holistic banking solutions.
Accountable for managing customer complaints and escalations until resolution is reached.
Establish and maintain Working Relationships with key stakeholders (Retail, NAB Partners and other Business Partners).
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver for our customers. You’ll need:
A genuine passion for customer service.
Demonstrated experience in a lending role.
Experience in managing customer relationships, and the credit process.
A strong financial/business acumen.
Problem solving, time management, critical thinking and negotiation skills
