Your Key Responsibilites
As a Lead Business Functional Analyst you will closely work together with business, operation units and development teams and bring business and functional analysis skills into the development team to ensure that the implementation of requirements aligns with our business needs and technical quality standards.
You primary focus on the functional and technical design and documentation of the user stories in a sprint, working closely with the engineers, ensuring that their implementation aligns with business needs and architecture.
Located in Germany and India, we work closely together using virtual collaboration techniques and our team's diversity to reach our goals of continuous deployment, process improvement and internalizing engineering know how.
You contribute to team standards, engineering best practices, quality standards and help ensuring that the team meets them.
Your Skills and Experience:
• Undergraduate Degree from an university (or equivalent
• diploma / work experience)
• Relevant years of professional experience as BA in SAP ICM n
• Hands on experiecen in SAP business functions for commissions calculation
• Broad and profound understanding of current tier 2 or 3
• architectures (Frontend, Middleware, Backend) as well as the fundamental principles of software interfaces
• Hands on experience in core tools and processes like HP ALM,JIRA,Service Now
People skills:
• Customer and service orientation to support communication with team resources and customers
• Performance and productivity orientation to promote high-quality results
• Profound analytical problem solving abilities
• Demonstrates personal support to the achievement and maintenance of a high performance culture in which people management and development is a key priority
• Demonstrates personal commitment to support colleagues within the team
• Demonstrates personal commitment to the Bank's values.
