Language Proficiency: English and Hindi
Location - Gurgaon and Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-suite executives
across sectors such as real estate, manufacturing, infrastructure, and high-growth enterprises.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams including investor relations, compliance, and
research to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
• Market & Credit Analysis: Prepare credit notes and sectoral analyses to support transaction evaluation
and business development.
• End-to-End Deal Execution: Drive the complete deal lifecycle:
1.) Onboard borrowers and assess their funding requirements and market fit
2.) Secure mandates and negotiate engagement terms
3.) Analyse key financial data and draft credit notes
4.)Present borrower credit profiles to investors
5.) Collaborate with investor relations to negotiate, structure and find solution to difference of
expectation between lender and borrower.
Qualifications
Professional Experience (any of the following):
• 1–4 years in a lending role at a Bank, AIF, or NBFC
• 1–4 years in NBFC Treasury
• 1–4 years in loan syndication or debt fundraising
• 1–4 years in a rating agency or trusteeship firm
Educational Background:
• Chartered Accountant with a strong track record in financial structuring and capital markets.
OR
• Graduate from top tier collage with demonstrated academic excellence.
Skills:
• Strong knowledge of financial instruments such as Term Loans, NCDs, Sub Debt, Securitization, etc.
• Willingness to travel frequently (3–5 days/month) across India
• Excellent understanding of Indian and offshore debt markets
• Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal
• Ability to influence and manage client expectations confidently
• Proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently under pressure
