As a Recruitment Specialist for Banking Roles, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure we have the best individuals on board to drive our banking operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates for banking roles.
2. Candidate Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
3. Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
4. Assessment and Evaluation: Administer relevant tests or assessments as required to evaluate candidates' skills and competencies.
5. Candidate Management: Maintain and update the candidate database, keeping detailed records of candidate interactions and progress through the recruitment process.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on talent acquisition strategies.
7. Offer Management: Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate terms, and facilitate the offer acceptance process.
8. Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, including pre-employment checks and paperwork.
