Brief Background of the Job - Bharat Banking Distribution team partners with Business Correspondents for deploying BC agents in unbanked/under banked areas for providing basic banking services. Bank has entered into a strategic partnership with CSC e Governance Services Ltd which is a SPV under MeITY. Presently bank has deployed over 50,000 CSC VLE/agents and initiated sourcing of asset / liability business through this channel . CSC Digital Program Manager is a pivotal role , responsible for building and managing the eco system of digital interventions across Sales , Training , Process and be a catalyst towards delivery of organizations business objectives Roles and Responsibilities - Implement digital engagement programs including - On-boarding , Product Training , Soft Skill Training etc , for CSC BC agents and other partnership businesses. Implement periodic communication campaigns to BC agents targeted towards business objectives. Automate Sales Team activity reporting mechanism and analyse information collected for appropriate business actionable. Implement Digital loan origination journeys to be devised and implemented in coordination with internal product teams. Manage Digital Sales Recognition Program for VLE's at various business achievement parameters. Academic Qualifications Required- Graduates/MBAs.
