Job Description
Key Responsibilities:-
• Banking experience in Agri business/Commodity Finance Product Development /process streamlining/implementation of Digital & technological solutions for the product & process/operational efficiency
• Knowledge in preparation of note for product/process changes and coordination with various stakeholders to get final approval for implementation
• Experience in preparation of CMA and credit proposals by analyzing annual reports and conducting hygiene checks
• Attending various audit and coordinating with relevant stakeholder for close of audit/ORM observations for ensuring compliance
• Managing and coordinating with various vendors/Collateral managers/Service Providers for resolution of various issues/service discrepancies
• Handling portfolio delinquency by coordinating with various stakeholder
• Preparations of reports/presentations for senior management and conducting product/process training for business/other stakeholders.
Qualifications: MBA/CA with min 6-7 years of relevant Banking experience.
