About Bharat Banking:
Bharat Banking is a new Department which has been set up to drive different business that the Bank does in Semi Urban and rural markets. The department is expected to drive business outcomes by focusing on partnerships, new products, innovation, reimagining customer journeys and driving / creating new channel.
About the Role:
The Area Manager will be managing CSC channel business in respective zonal geography. CSC will be an extension arm for tagged branches sourcing asset and liability business. Area managers will have a team of ROs to develop and build business and manage 8 – 10 Deep Geo ROs and conduct the morning huddle with all Deep Geo ROs on daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive Retail Lending, liability and insurance business from CSC / VLE agents
• Coordinate with Branch Heads, Cluster Heads for delivery of assigned business budgets
• Drive productivity of each VLE
• Arrange weekly activities in nearby villages / shops / offices / market place etc. around the branches with the help of ROs and Branch Heads for Business Generation.
• Recruit, Manage, Train and Develop CSC VLE, review performance of team frequently and Encourage and Motivate team
• Focus on generating maximum ICE leads from CSC centers.
• Recruit fresh CSC agents from open market and complete on boarding process.
• Ensure proper reporting, attendance in training programs and review Meetings and participation in CO / Circe / Cluster level campaigns / initiatives.
• Ensure leads and business is generated for all Products through CSC agents
• Coordinate with all Products ROs and SMs / ASMs and ensuring all leads are responded properly on time
