Description
The Head Partnership and Program Management will be responsible for creating, implementing and driving Partnerships with Agritech, Fintech, Large Corporates, Platforms that where bank can closely collaborate to embed Banking solutions in customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage relationship with names corporates for driving partnership
• Deliver all axis bank products to partner
• Leverage strength of partner to drive small business/ individual lending focused on rural and semi urban market
• Ideate new products
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver the product
• Manage programs for all new products / ideas as finalized with partners
Qualifications:
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
• Post- Graduation (MBA/ CA preferred) from a recognized institute
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant work experience
Role Proficiencies:
For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:
• Knowledge of credit appraisal, industry and product trends, especially pertaining to products in Semi Urban and rural regions.
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms
• Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language (preferable)
• Ability to manage projects
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to handle a Pan India partnership
• Ability to lead a large team, coach, motivate and mentor the members of the team on on-going basis
• Ability to work closely with internal stakeholders
