Bharat Banking:Product Team • 4 - 6 Years • 1 Opening • Mumbai Role description About Bharat Banking: Bharat Banking provides banking facility to the RUSU segment. The department pursues to provide the personal as well as the commercial needs of the segment with innovative solutions. The strategy is to reach out these customers in a cost effective and convenient manner. About the Role: Primary responsibility is to drive Cross-sell/Inward, outward Remittances for Bharat banking. They will engage customers for cross-selling and up-selling and Inward, outward remittances. They will Liaison with various departments within system and conduct product training. Key Responsibilities: • Drive PPC through upselling and cross-selling • Beyond Banking products under coverage concept • Inward, outward Remittances • Life Insurance • General Insurance • Mutual Funds • Investment avenue • Liaison with Branches, F and A, CBO, IT, ABR and BIU Qualifications: • Graduation/Post Graduation from recognized institution Role Proficiencies: • Prior experience in driving PPC products of Bank • Ability to multitask and ensure completion of tasks in hand within timelines • Ability to build good working rapport with internal stakeholders and to be able to leverage the same for quick turnaround of tasks in hand • Ability to take on new tasks and learn on the job • Willingness to work on tight deadlines
