The department pursues to provide the personal as well as the commercial needs of the segment with innovative solutions. The strategy is to reach out these customers in a cost effective and convenient manner. About the Role: Primary responsibility is to drive Cross-sell/Inward, outward Remittances for Bharat banking. They will engage customers for cross-selling and up-selling and Inward, outward remittances. They will Liaison with various departments within system and conduct product training. Key Responsibilities: • Drive PPC through upselling and cross-selling • Beyond Banking products under coverage concept • Inward, outward Remittances • Life Insurance • General Insurance • Mutual Funds • Investment avenue • Liaison with Branches, F and A, CBO, IT, ABR and BIU Qualifications: • Graduation/Post Graduation from recognized institution Role Proficiencies: • Prior experience in driving PPC products of Bank • Ability to multitask and ensure completion of tasks in hand within timelines • Ability to build good working rapport with internal stakeholders and to be able to leverage the same for quick turnaround of tasks in hand • Ability to take on new tasks and learn on the job • Willingness to work on tight deadlines
