About Bharat Banking:
Bharat Banking is a new Department which has been set up to drive different business that the Bank does in Semi Urban and Rural markets. The department is expected to drive business outcomes by focusing on partnerships, new products, innovation, reimagining customer journeys and driving / creating new channel.
About the Role:
This role is part of the Bharat Banking Project team, managing the program office. The program office is the fulcrum of the department connecting the dots between products, sales and partnerships, implementing projects from design to go-to-market.
The role works closely with Digital Banking & Transformation team, IT team and Financial inclusion team. The incumbent should have the ability to understand business and convert the requirements onto documents for development, testing and go-to-market. The person should have good understanding of banking distribution and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyzing business requirements, implementation, testing and post-delivery support
• Liaise with Partners, Digital and IT team to close on business requirements
• Creation of BRD and test cases for projects
• Support manager on Program tracking
Qualifications:
• Management graduate with minimum 3-4 years of experience in Banking / Financial Services
• Degree / Diploma / Certification on Digital transformation / Customer experience will be positive.
Role Proficiencies:
• Good communication with ability to demonstrate clear narratives
• Responsibility of Project tracking (incl. Gantt chart or alternatives)
• Understanding of Banking operations / Technology / Customer experience
• Proficient skill on Microsoft PowerPoint presentation with ability to demonstrate ideas presented
• Working on a multi-disciplinary team in a matrix organization structure
• Experience on working in the Semi-urban and Rural will be a positive.
