About Bharat Banking:
Bharat Banking is a new Department which has been set up to drive different business that the Bank does in Semi Urban and rural markets. The department is expected to drive business outcomes by focusing on partnerships, new products, innovation, reimagining customer journeys and driving / creating new channel.
About the Role:
The Microfinance Training Manager provides support by creating disseminating and educating sales staff with respect to the product, process, policy and operations of the microfinance business. This role contributes towards knowledge dissemination in terms of product policy sales support, and query resolution for smooth functioning of business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct the SAHYOG Application and Process
• Rectify Finacle issues related to dedupe and account opening
• Drive Inedge application and its usages and spread Aawaz de awareness in CGT and GRT process
• Responsible for planning branch level training for FE and RMEnsure Clearence of M2I training modules at the Branch Level
• Training the FE and RM in each branch visit
• Procurement of Tablets required for sourcing MFI accounts, tracking attendance of FEs and RMs and for the incentive calculation of FEs and RMs
• Conduct disbursement analysis, collection analysis, manpower and attrition analysis, PNAP and NPA, incentive analysis and FE Productivity
Qualifications:
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
• Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA
• Experience of 5+ Years and Microfinance Industry
Role Proficiencies:
For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:
• Knowledge of Core Microfinance Functions and Products.
• Knowledge of risks involved in dealing FX and derivatives with banks and Financial Institutions
• Knowledge of relevant IT systems including Finacle, HRMS, INedge etc
• Good communication (both verbal and written) skills
• Leadership and Inter-personal skills
• Ability to work effectively across functions and demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others
• Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
