Program Manager (Organized Trade) - Sales Job Responsibility :
• Report to Growth Head and support to drive the OT business to new scale.
• Business Analytics: Get complete grasp of the Organized Trade Business and share analytics and course correction measures with the region teams to drive business effectively.
• Operations Management: Coordinate between Sales, Ops, Tech and Finance team for day to day operations and streamline processes.
• Stakeholder Management: Work with the relevant stakeholders within Ops, Tech, Finance, Data Science and Marketing for effective business delivery.
• Team Management: Lead an On and Off Role of 4, Build Capability and drive the MIS and Operations effectively.Skill Sets :
• Team Management
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint
• Data Science, R/Python and SQL is a must
