Job Description for Executive / Sr. Executive Business Intelligence Team
The Executive / Sr. Executive - Business Intelligence Team will work with the Director - Sales Management Team to support sales planning & analysis. As part of the team, your responsibilities would include data analysis, reporting, market research, competitive analysis, planning, and sales process optimization.
Ideal candidates will have strong analytical and logical reasoning skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and fun environment.
Core Job Duties Responsibilities
Track and analyze key metrics – Google Analytics Reports, Conversion Rate Optimization, Sales and Revenue growth parameters, Customer Data Analysis, etc…
Compile key pieces of information related to performance against sales objectives to be reviewed by Management
Proactively analyzes win-loss data and reports on key findings to management.
Develop presentations that analyze sales and marketing activities and achievements from Business Analytics tool.
Reporting and analysis, including: executive reporting of sales and marketing results, key metrics and KPIs, campaign tracking and analysis, and ad hoc strategic analysis.
Implements and manages reports and dashboards.
Qualifications Requirements
0-2 years experience in a Business Analyst/Digital Marketing or similar role;
BE (Any Stream) & MBA
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent systems skills including Excel & PowerPoint are required.
Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Social Media, Online Sales, E-commerce will be an added advantage.
Freshers with high aptitude for growth & learning, and having the required qualifications are also welcome.
