We are looking for a Bike Mechanic who will also be responsible for delivering bikes to customers. The candidate must ensure that the bike is in perfect condition before delivery. If any damage or issue is found, they must perform necessary servicing or repairs before handing over the bike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver bikes safely and timely to customers.
• Inspect bikes thoroughly before delivery.
• Identify any damages, scratches, or mechanical issues during inspection.
• Perform basic servicing and repairs if any damage is found.
• Ensure bikes are cleaned and polished before delivery.
• Maintain a checklist for pre-delivery inspection.
• Communicate with the service manager for major repairs if required.
• Provide excellent customer service during bike handover.
• Maintain proper documentation of deliveries and services performed.
Skills Required:
• Good knowledge of two-wheeler mechanics and servicing.
• Ability to identify and fix minor mechanical issues.
• Basic understanding of vehicle inspection standards.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Valid driving license for two-wheelers.
• Punctual and responsible attitude.
Qualifications:
• ITI / Diploma in Mechanic (Motor Vehicle) or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in bike servicing and delivery (preferred).
