Location: On-site at our Crawley showroom & workshop (must be local or able to commute)

Company: Gloria Cycling (premium titanium, road, gravel & MTB builds)

About the role

We’re growing and looking for an experienced Bike Mechanic to build, service and QC premium bikes to a high standard. You’ll work across custom titanium builds, full services, and pre-delivery inspections, with a strong focus on modern components and clean workshop practices.

What you’ll do

• Build, service and troubleshoot performance bikes (road, gravel, MTB).

• Expert setup of electronic shifting systems (SRAM AXS and Shimano Di2), hydraulic disc brakes, tubeless tyres and cockpit integrations.

• Diagnose creaks/fit-related issues; perform safety checks and torque-spec documentation.

• Use Citrus-Lime (POS/Workshop) for job sheets, booking, parts picking and invoicing.

• Inventory management: goods-in, stock counts, parts reservations, purchase requests, and basic supplier returns.

• Maintain a tidy, efficient, safety-first workshop and clear customer notes/photos.

You bring

• 2–3+ years’ professional workshop experience (premium brands/builds preferred).

• Confident with SRAM AXS & Shimano Di2, brake bleeding, wheel truing, tubeless setup.

• Hands-on experience with Citrus-Lime (Retail/POS & Workshop) and structured stock control.

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and customer communication.

• Right to work in the UK; able to commute to Crawley reliably.

Nice to have

• Titanium frame experience (internal routing, finishing touches).

• Wheel building, suspension basics, or e-bike diagnostics.

• Clean UK driving licence.

Hours & pay

• Part- or full-time (3–5 days/week).

• Competitive pay DOE, staff discounts, and growth opportunities.
