What We Do?

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Content Writer / Proposal Writer to join our team and play a crucial role in our state and federal bidding process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in understanding and comprehending client requirements (preferably technical documents related to website development), proposing innovative solutions, writing crisp content for the same, and editing content with a great eye for detail. The Content Writer will work closely with our bid management team to ensure clarity, accuracy, and persuasiveness of our bid responses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proposal Content Creation: Develop and write compelling and compliant content for the state and federal government bids, including technical proposals, executive summaries, capability statements, and other bid-related documents.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct research to understand project requirements, government regulations, and industry standards relevant to each bid. Analyze and synthesize information for inclusion in proposals.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with subject matter experts, technical teams, and project managers to gather information and technical details for proposals.
• Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit proposal content for clarity, coherence, and compliance with formatting and style requirements.
• Compliance: Ensure that all proposals meet the specific requirements and guidelines outlined in government RFPs (Request for Proposals).
• Continuous Learning: Stay informed about changes in government bidding processes, regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with proposal management software shall be an added advantage.
