Responsibilities
End-to-end bid management and presales support for the deals throughout the full sales lifecycle, from origination through to closure.? Effective collaboration with across stakeholders: Sales, delivery, client services, legal, finance, IT HR and Work force management etc.? Fair understanding of workplan across all presales workstreams, including qualification, proposal development, pricing, competitive intelligence, solutioning and legal/contract management.? Facilitate the deal qualification, leveraging the Deal Qualification Checklist to arrive at an objective qualification decision? Stakeholders’ management, and coordinate win strategy for the opportunities, ensuring participation from key deal team members? Read through the RFX documents, prepare the solutions with the inputs received from several stakeholders, and finalize the proposal with the proposal manager and sales community? Be on top of workplan and establish regular status and reporting cadence throughout the deal lifecycle? Manage and document risks, issues and dependencies, and follow up with the responsible stakeholders to ensure that we are on track in terms of responding the RFX on time with standard solutions.? Coordinate the client visits, site visits and reference calls as and when required Soft Skills: Communication- Must have good oral and written skills, MS office: Must have exposure in excel in ppt, numerical capability and drafting skills, sense of owning the responsibilities, and proactive team player Industry exposure: Must have BPO/IT solutioning exposures for public and private industries.
Qualifications
Graduate in Any Specialization, With Min 4 years of relevant experience in Presales and BID Management
