Bid Manager Nordics
Location : Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore/Chennai
Experience : 5 - 10 years (please adhere to this range while applying)
Job Responsibilities:
• Research current and future market trends, industry trends and account
• Work with Sales team, identified practice business development and solution teams as well as delivery teams for existing customers, Legal and contract management and finance teams to orchestrate
• Managing/debrief the deal to the bid team
• Devise a successful strategy for winning the bid, including pinpointing the unique selling points (key differentiators)
• Assess and address technical and commercial risks relating to the bid
• Co -Create proposal content and deliver client presentations to help close deals
• Oversee the end to end bid process and ensure deliverables are tracked and deadlines are met
• Maintain knowledge repository
Skills required
• Knowledge in SharePoint portal
• Good written/verbal communication
• Prior bid management expertise, Should have exposure in working on Large Deals
• Creative and innovative thinking
• Problem-solving skills
• Relationship-building
