The Role:
We are looking for a Bid Writer / Proposal Writer who will play a key role in helping Mixo secure new business opportunities by crafting compelling, professional proposals, tenders, and bids for marketing services in the US/UK. This is a unique opportunity to join our team and shape the future of Mixo’s partnerships and business development efforts.
Responsibilities:
Analyze RFPs (Request for Proposals), RFIs (Request for Information), and other solicitation documents to understand requirements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (founder, product and sales) to gather relevant data and insights.
Write, edit, and format proposals, tenders, and bids, ensuring they align with client needs and company capabilities.
Develop win themes, value propositions, and tailored messaging to maximize proposal success rates.
Maintain and update a repository of templates, past proposals, and other resources for efficient proposal writing.
Manage deadlines and ensure timely submission of all documents.
Ensure compliance with all technical, legal, and contractual requirements outlined in the bid.
Who You Are:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience writing proposals, tenders, or bids, ideally for marketing, SaaS, IT or related services in the US/UK market.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational and proofreading skills with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Adaptable: Flexible to take on new challenges and pivot strategies as needed.

Interview Process:
Our interview process is designed to be thorough but efficient, consisting of three stages:
Intro Call: A brief 15-min intro call to discuss your background, interest in the role, and initial alignment.
Task: A practical task to evaluate your proposal writing skills. This will involve crafting a sample response to a provided RFP/RFI template.
Final Interview (Optional): A deep dive into your experience, approach to proposal writing, and alignment with Mixo's values and goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹+50,000.00 per year
