We are seeking a skilled and proactive Bidder to join our team and help secure projects on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, crafting compelling proposals, and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms.
Write persuasive and customized proposals to win bids.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
Negotiate project terms, budgets, and deadlines with potential clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Keep track of bid success rates and refine strategies for improvement.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in bidding and freelancing.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in bidding and winning projects on freelancing platforms.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of digital services such as web development, graphic design, SEO, or software development.
Ability to write clear and engaging proposals.
Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software is a plus.
Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
