Position: Bidding Executive (Online Bidding)
Location: Work From Home (Jaipur Local Candidates Only)
Shift Timing: Night Shift (US Time Zone)
Experience: 1-3 Years in Online Bidding (Freshers with strong skills may also apply)
Salary: Best in Industry (Based on Experience)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Bidding Executive with expertise in online bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and PeoplePerHour. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to generate business opportunities, and experience in handling international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and other platforms.
Write compelling proposals and customize them as per client requirements.
Generate leads, negotiate terms, and convert bids into successful projects.
Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure smooth project acquisition.
Understand client needs, provide appropriate solutions, and close deals effectively.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth project execution.
Keep track of industry trends and competitors to improve bidding strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in online bidding and lead generation.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Hands-on experience in drafting effective proposals and client communication.
Good knowledge of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing, etc.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals.
Ability to work independently during night shifts.
Jaipur local candidates only (even though it’s WFH, occasional meetings may be required).
