Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage scalable ETL data pipelines using tools like DataStage and Control-M
Design and maintain Hadoop-based architectures
Collaborate with data scientists and analytics teams
Enforce data governance, version control, and security best practices
Convert business needs into scalable technical solutions
Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical training
Required Skills & Experience
Strong in Python, Snowflake, SQL, DataStage
Hands-on experience with Spark, Scala, Hive
Cloud exposure (Azure preferred)
Familiarity with Kafka, Linux/Unix scripting, and core Java
Solid understanding of ETL, data modeling, and warehousing
Preferred Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science or related field
Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
Background in data governance & security
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
