JOB POSITION
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Software Engineer – Big Data will be responsible for the following:
Design, Development and Deployment of various Big Data Engineering Pipelines.
Hands on development, Programming and Testing/Validation of Big Data Engineering Pipelines.

QUALIFICATION
B.E/B.Tech in Computer Sciences, IT, Engineering
EXPERIENCE
2 to 5 years of Programming experience in Hadoop, Spark, Scala/Python
Critical Thinking and passion to learn/deliver
Hands on experience of Big Data and Cloud Technologies ( Hadoop, Spark, Scala, Unix, SQL, Python, Python Flask API, Hive, HQL )
Basic understanding of Cloud Computing fundamentals – AWS
Basic understanding of SQL or NoSQL DBs
Good written and spoken communications in English
API/Micro Services development experience is required
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Data engineering basics
Data Warehouse concepts and some experience in college projects
Knowledge on Big Data Technologies is highly desirable.
Hands on Python/Scala/Java programming expertise. Must have worked on Jupyter notebooks/IntelliJ/Anaconda environments
Preference to whoever has completed additional programs in Cloud technologies AWS/Azure/GCP
