We are Looking for a highly motivated bilingual Russian/English individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. In this role you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operations of our fast paced office environment. The ideal candidate is a friendly self starter w great time management and organization skills the position requires traveling between Brooklyn and Queens NY
Responsibilities and Duties
• Answering calls, Scheduling appointments, Verifying insurance eligibility and authorizations.
• Translating to Russian speaking patients.
• Printing, faxing, scanning and photocopying.
• Light cleaning and maintaining office in pristine condition.
• Data Entry.
• cold calling.
Requirements
• 2 year experience
• Bilingual Russian/English
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to interact professionally and empathetically
• Great customer service skills a MUST
• Willing to travel between Brooklyn and Queens locations
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
