Position Overview

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in the team by handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring effective communication. This full-time, permanent position is remote and based in Quebec. Proficiency in both French and English is required to assist customers through phone queues, emails, and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle customer inquiries and orders through phone queues, email, and other communication platforms.

· Learn and effectively use company software systems to facilitate customer communication and order processing.

· Process customer orders received via phone calls and other channels.

· Provide accurate information about product offerings by maintaining familiarity with stock and price lists.

· Coordinate with sales representatives to address pricing, promotions, and customer needs.

· Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and identify potential issues.

· Troubleshoot technical problems and resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.

· Ensure accurate and timely data entry of customer orders into the system.

· Collaborate with the warehouse team to monitor and manage order shipments.

· Provide expert product knowledge and support to customers during the order process.

Qualifications

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.

· Experience handling customer inquiries through phone queues is an asset.

· College diploma or equivalent education (or higher).

· Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience is preferred.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Salary and Benefits

· Annual salary range: $42,000 - $45,000.

· Full-time, permanent position with comprehensive benefits.

Availability and Scheduling

· Availability: Monday to Friday.

· Schedule: Determined by the Customer Service Manager.

· Possible schedules:

· 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST

· +:30 AM – 6:00 PM EST

· 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM EST
