The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Responding to company phone calls and directing them as necessary.
Receiving referral calls, documenting job orders, and organizing schedules for home care personnel.
Reviewing caregiver documentation for accuracy and completion.
Coordinating the delivery of supplies to field staff and patient homes.
Providing support for marketing, payroll, and collection functions as needed.
Ensuring all office functions are completed in compliance with federal, state, local laws, and AHCA regulations, as well as company policies and standards.
Supporting clinical staff members.
Completing other assignments as requested and assigned.
Requirements:
• Associate Degree or equivalent work experience.
• One (1) year of experience in home health.
Key Qualifications:
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, manage changing priorities, and meet short deadlines while handling a heavy workload.
• Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing, with clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Proficiency in current company software programs.
Work Environment:
• Office work environment, not a remote position.
• Prolonged sitting in front of a CPU.
• Sedentary physical activity may require occasional lifting or carrying up to 10 lbs.
