• Reporting to the Senior Call Center Manager.
• Responsible for actioning leads, nurturing relationships, and setting appointments with potential clients.
• Using phone calls, emails, and social media to reach out to prospective clients.
• Schedule appointments for the design expert whilst achieving daily performance goals.
• Participate in weekly coaching sessions and daily huddles for team collaboration.
• Must be flexible to work evenings and weekends.
Requirements:
• Must be able to speak French and English.
• Previous call center experience, or experience as a part of an inside sales team.
• Demonstrated experience achieving sales goals and targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
