Nous grandissons rapidement, et pour continuer sur cette lancée, nous recherchons des Anges dynamiques, motivés par la vente, débrouillards et prêts à se surpasser.

Ce que nous recherchons

Un(e) représentant(e) du service à la clientèle passionné(e), qui adore vendre, qui prend des initiatives, et qui veut faire une vraie différence. Vous serez le premier point de contact pour nos clients — en personne, par téléphone et par courriel — et un pilier pour l’expérience client et le développement de l’entreprise.

Responsabilités clés :

Accueillir chaleureusement chaque client et bâtir une relation de confiance.
Enregistrer les arrivées/départs pour la garderie, l’hôtel ou le toilettage.
Identifier les besoins des clients et proposer nos services ou produits les mieux adaptés.
Répondre rapidement aux appels et diriger les communications.
Faire des suivis clients, appels à froid et rappels de satisfaction.
Gérer les rendez-vous et les horaires de services.
Participer aux tâches administratives (facturation, inventaire, entrée de données, etc.)
Promouvoir nos services sur les réseaux sociaux et lors d'événements communautaires.
Atteindre (et dépasser!) les objectifs de vente mensuels.

Profil idéal :

Bilingue (français et anglais)
1 an ou plus en service à la clientèle ou centre d'appels
Expérience en vente ou upselling (un gros plus!)
Très bonnes capacités d’organisation et souci du détail
À l’aise dans un environnement dynamique et en croissance
Passion authentique pour les animaux (essentiel!)
Expérience en milieu vétérinaire ou en garderie canine = un avantage

Temps plein : 35 à 40 heures/semaine

(jeudi au lundi de 13h à 21h)

Temps partiel : 16 heures/semaine

Who We're Looking For

A warm, confident Customer Service Representative who thrives on connecting with clients, upselling services, and taking initiative. You'll be the first impression of our brand and a key contributor to our customer satisfaction and company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients warmly in person, by phone, and via email
Check in/out pets for daycare, hotel, and grooming services
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate services/products
Handle incoming calls and direct communication promptly
Conduct follow-up calls, customer outreach & cold calling
Book appointments and manage service calendars
Perform clerical duties (invoicing, inventory, data entry, etc.)
Support marketing efforts, social media, and community outreach
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Fluent in English & French
1+ year experience in customer service or call center
Sales or upselling experience is a strong asset
Highly organized with attention to detail
Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Genuinely loves animals (non-negotiable!)
Vet clinic or dog daycare experience is a bonus
