Your Contribution:
Responsibilities:
Set up new clients in system and ensure registry status meets company guidelines
Set-up and manage billing terms for projects.
Work with operations to ensure billing details are complete and accurate
Generate draft invoices and submit for approval.
Revise drafts where necessary.
Finalize and send invoices with supporting documents to clients.
Maintain excel spreadsheet with billing details for operations review
Adjust the project financials as requested by Project Manager.
Work with Project Managers to update budgets and project details as required
Complete ad hoc requests as necessary.
Your Profile:
Qualifications:
College diploma in accounting or finance (asset)
Minimum 2 years’ experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level).
Knowledge of Deltek (asset).
