Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Billing & Backoffice Executive to join our team. The role involves managing billing activities, maintaining financial records, and supporting back-office operations. This position is ideal for female candidates, including freshers with strong Excel skills and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
• Invoice Preparation: Generate and issue accurate invoices in line with company policies and customer agreements.
• Billing Reconciliation: Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies by coordinating with customers and internal teams.
• Payment Follow-up: Track payments, manage outstanding invoices, and assist in collection follow-ups.
• Documentation & Records: Maintain organized and up-to-date billing and financial records.
• E-way Bill Generation: Prepare and issue E-way bills for dispatches as required.
• Administrative Support: Assist in daily office operations including data entry, filing, and other documentation tasks.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field
• Experience: 0 – 4 years in billing, invoicing, documentation (freshers welcome)
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, formulas, data entry)
• Familiarity with ERP/accounting software (preferred)
• E-way bill knowledge is a plus
• Soft Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
