Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare electrical work bills (RA Bills, Final Bills) as per project progress.
• Verify quantities from drawings, BOQ, and site measurements.
• Prepare measurement sheets, abstract sheets, and reconciliation statements.
• Coordinate with site engineers to collect daily progress reports and measurement details.
• Review contractor bills and ensure correct quantities and item rates.
• Verify electrical material consumption and assist in material reconciliation.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to billing, variation orders, and extra items.
• Ensure billing is done as per contract terms, specifications, and client requirements.
• Assist in preparing work orders and rate analysis.
• Coordinate with clients for bill submission, approvals, and certifications.
• Work closely with project managers and accounts team for billing-related activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Diploma / B.E. in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• 1–4 years of experience as a Billing Engineer in electrical or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, drawings, and site measurement.
• Good understanding of electrical items (cables, panels, conduits, fittings, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD (basic), and billing software (if any).
• Strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work on deadlines and handle multiple projects.
Additional Requirements:
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of contract terms and tender documents (added advantage).
• Ability to visit sites for verification when required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
