DESIGNATION: Billing Executive / Assistant
QUALIFICATION: Any Degree
Yrs Of EXPERIENCE: 0 – 5 yrs of experience
CATEGORY: Fresher’s / Experienced
GENDER: Male / Female
Ø Proficiency with multiple Microsoft office systems and other related software.
Ø Flexible to do all Shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Night)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Ø To greet incoming patients or their representatives and to record complete information required for registration and admission
Ø Handle cash reconcile with books
Ø Update billing daily basis & call patients attendant for deposit of outstanding amount
Ø To answer questions and to provide information directly to the person or on the telephone
For eg explaining rates, charges, services, discounts (if any)and hospital policy regarding payment of bills
Ø To prepare and maintain itemized statements, bills, or invoices used for billing and record keeping purposes
Ø To explain hospital regulations to patients, concerning visitors and visiting hours
Ø To give accurate and tactful explanations to visitors, patients and hospitals employees and in recording exact information for messages
Ø To exercise high degree of tact and poise and occasionally overcoming language barriers
Ø To understand and apply knowledge of medical terminology
Ø To understand pertinent details in tabular form and avoid perceptual errors in arithmetic computation
