Responsibilities
• Implement billing operations to maximise efficiency
• Audit accuracy of billing information uploaded into the system
• Monitor billing system operations
• Develop solutions to billing issues
• Work with systems design to implement new features
• Work on billing projects with Billing Operations Management when required
Requirements
• Must be eligible to work in Singapore - Singaporeans, Permanent Residents, Dependent Pass holder, Long Term Visit Pass holder
• Hands-on experience handling data sets using advanced Microsoft Excel formulas
• At least 2 years' experience in similar billing or customer service/administrative positions in large, complex set-ups
• Candidates with minimal work experience but relevant academic and/or co-curricular records are welcome to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Enjoy working in a driven and growth-oriented fast-paced environment
