Tally ERP + & Prime.
Basic Knowledge of TDS / TCS, GST.
Accounting (Bank reconciliation, Book keeping, Ledgers, Invoices, Sales & Purchase).
Processing Mails.
Processing Transactions.
Invoices of Sales & Purchase.
Sales Journal.
Issue Sales & Purchase Orders.
Bank Reconciliation.
MS-Office Suit.
Typing Speed - 50 WPM.
Windows OS.
Required Key Skillsets :
Accounting / Bookkeeping experience.
Experience with Tally ERP + & Prime.
Basic Knowledge of TDS/ TCS, GST.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
Typing speed minimum 50 WPM.
Job Responsibilities :
Providing support to the Accounting Department.
Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, processing the mail, etc.
Prepare and fact-check invoices before sending them to customers.
Invoice processing.
Maintaining the company purchase and sales expenses entries.
Banks reconciliation
Raising sales invoices.
Basic Knowledge of TDS / TCS, GST.
Basic administration duties.
Reporting to Accountant/Accounts Manager and completing all responsibilities assigned Desired Candidate Profile.

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹160,000.00 per month
