Job Description for Assi.Purchase Manager / Billing Manager (Purchase Department)
o Coordinating purchasing strategies
o Stays familiar with company’s needs during stall and day to day functioning
o Make supply order from other vendors
o Oversees supply chain management
o Communicate with stores for the supplies
o Forecasts demand for certain (hot selling ) products
o Processes payments and invoices
o Pre-ordering stock requirement
o Emergency deliveries
o Load and unload of stock in the store and go-down
o Generating and coordinating data for HR and account department
o Generate start up inventory for the new store
o Make payments of the other vendors
o Oversee bank work
o Updating order details into our internal databases.
o Issuing purchase reports including the cost analysis.
o Ensuring stock availability and placing orders as and when required.
o Verifying receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered.
o Resolving shipments in error with suppliers.
o Collaborating with the team to develop purchasing plans and find potential vendors.
o Maintaining good relationships with suppliers.
o Staying up-to-date with the latest market and industry trends.
o The duties and responsibilities of a Billing Specialist include sending invoices and account updates to clients, receiving, sorting, and tracking incoming payments, addressing and resolving client questions and issues relating to invoices, and providing regular, accurate reports of billing data.
