You’ll play a key role in:
Delivering an exceptional patient experience
Supporting treatment adherence and retention
Contributing to clinic growth through patient engagement and outreach
What You’ll Do
Create a welcoming, professional, and high-energy first impression for every patient
Perform clinical duties including:
Intramuscular injections (testosterone, B12, etc.)
Venipuncture and blood draws
Assist Physicians and Nurse Practitioners with procedures (PRP, ED treatments, etc.)
Educate patients on treatment plans, benefits, and expectations in a clear, confident way
Build strong patient relationships to increase retention and long-term compliance
Proactively follow up with patients to ensure continuity of care and rebooking
Support front-end flow, scheduling optimization, and overall clinic efficiency
Maintain accurate EMR documentation and uphold clinical standards
Contribute to a team culture focused on performance, accountability, and growth
Who You Are
Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with the CNO
Confident, outgoing, and comfortable leading conversations with patients
Strong communicator who can educate, influence, and build trust quickly
Clinically competent with injections and venipuncture
Highly organized and proactive — you don’t wait to be told what to do
Comfortable in a performance-driven, private-pay environment
Bonus: Experience in men’s health, hormone therapy, aesthetics, or wellness clinics
