Roles & Responsibilities
• Certification of Contractors bills.
• Certification of Reconciliation of client supplied Material.
• Ability to prepare detailed claims analysis.
• Ability to prepare price variation based on basic rates.
• Should have command over current market rates & rate analysis.
• Timely payment & bills processing to accounts.
• Coordination with accounts for payments, priority list etc.
• Should have quick TAT for deliverables.
Qualification, Requirements and Skills
· BE/ B. Tech - Civil
· 5+ years of experience in real estate or construction industry
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP software
· Ability to work independently
