Job Summary:
We are seeking a BIM 360 and GIS Developer to create and optimize workflows that integrate Building Information Modeling (BIM) with Geographic Information Systems (GIS). You will play a key role in enhancing our visualization capabilities, enabling real-time data visualization and analysis for architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain applications that integrate BIM 360 and GIS for enhanced project visualization.
• Create real-time graphical representations of architectural data to support design and planning processes.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and visualization specialists to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Implement tools for real-time data analysis and visualization to improve decision-making.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BIM and GIS integration.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Geographic Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience with BIM 360 and GIS software and technologies.
• Strong skills in real-time graphical programming (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine, WebGL).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling and visualization techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Nice to Haves:
• Experience in architectural visualization or urban planning.
• Knowledge of data visualization libraries and tools (e.g., D3.js, Three.js).
• Understanding of cloud-based GIS platforms and data management.
