We’re actively seeking talented people to join an empowered employee environment. We currently have an opening for an BIM Architect, who would be able to work from our Mumbai office
Responsibilities
● Prepare a complete set of architectural drawings and collaborate with the production team in all aspects of the preparation of construction documents and visualization work.
● Provide technical support and project communication to the Junior team as required.
● Coordinate with Architectural Professionals on projects to assure continuity & consistency of documentation including organization, coordination, thoroughness, & accuracy of all documents in the drawing set & timely completion of deliverables.
● Coordinate work of Employees with architectural documents. Oversee programs to ensure activities are carried out in accordance with established specifications, schedules, and budgets.
● Interface with clients, lead program reviews, and assess technical progress for programs.
● Direct determination of scope, complexity, and scheduling requirements of Projects.
● Interface with other internal and external units to enhance process requirements or organizational effectiveness as needed.
● BIM - Develop as-built models using point cloud data; produce SD, DD, and CD level Revit models and drawings; develop Revit models and families with LOD 300 and 400; work with shared parameters, smart scheduling, and keynotes; work with design options; build Revit Templates from scratch; review and resolve clashes inside the model; model complex families and geometries such as custom stairs and railings, skylights, custom light fixtures, etc.; Apply finishes in detail so as to be able to render views and produce colored elevations.
Qualifications
● A minimum of 3-5 years of architectural design, production & technical experience through all phases of project design & construction documentation.
● 5 - Years bachelor's degree in architecture or equivalent education is a must.
● Advanced knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) / Revit and a minimum of 3 years of experience in executing BIM projects is a must.
● Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must.
●Strong knowledge of design trends, construction methodology, and material application, and architectural building systems and keen attention to detail.
● Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to tight deadlines.
● Ability to be proactive, to use initiative, and to work autonomously.
● Knowledge of the QA/QC process.
● Knowledge of building codes and ability to research and apply/incorporate them into technical documents.
● Lead by example; influence without having to use authority.
● Demonstrate skill and motivation to work on challenging projects and have a positive and problem-solving approach toward difficult issues
