Role Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced BIM professional to join our dynamic team as a BIM Architect / Sr. BIM Architect / Team Lead / Project Manager. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for spearheading the implementation of BIM strategies, leading project teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex BIM projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive BIM execution plans, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers contractors, and clients, to align BIM requirements and expectations.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams, providing guidance and technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee the development and management of BIM models, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and integration across various disciplines.
• Implement and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and quality control procedures within the project teams.
• Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance the BIM proficiency of team members.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and productivity.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project reviews, representing the company's BIM expertise.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a BIM Architect, Sr. BIM Architect, Team Lead, or Project Manager in the AEC industry.
• In-depth knowledge of BIM authoring tools, such as Revit, ArchiCAD, or other industry-standard software.
• Strong understanding of BIM principles, workflows, and collaboration methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with construction documentation and project delivery processes.
