Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Modeler at IDA in Bengaluru, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for Building Information Modeling (BIM), creating construction drawings, and collaborating with architects, modelers, and MEP professionals on design projects.
Key Responsibilities
• BIM modeling and creation of construction drawings
• Collaboration with architects, modelers, and MEP professionals on design projects
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in BIM modeling, preferably in interior design or architecture
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
• Strong understanding of BIM principles and workflows
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Qualifications
• BIM and Modeler skills
• Experience in Interior, Architecture, and Construction Drawings
• Knowledge of coordinating interior design with MEP
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit or AutoCAD
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
Salary Range
Rupees 8 lakhs per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
