Job Description
o Develop the Electrical model from various inputs like CAD, PDF, and IFC for specific Electrical Disciplines.
o Ensure models/drawings accuracy based on BIM standards and BIM project workflow criteria/checklist.
o Collaborate and coordinate internally or/and externally with other discipline's design-changes and model changes.
o Coordinate design documentation as a methodology with full utilization of BIM software and tools.
o Create discipline-specific BIM Modelling content.
o Quality Control: Conducting regular quality checks on the BIM models.
o Preparing RFI/Clarification.
o Client Communication
