We are looking for an experienced BIM Manager to lead and manage BIM processes across multidisciplinary projects. The ideal candidate will oversee model coordination, ensure compliance with BIM standards, and manage a team of BIM professionals for efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and maintain BIM standards and workflows.
• Lead model coordination across Architecture, Structure, and MEP.
• Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
• Conduct clash detection and resolve model issues.
• Train and support BIM teams to maintain quality.
Requirements:
• Degree in Architecture/Civil/MEP or related field.
• 7+ years of BIM experience; 2+ in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards.
• Excellent coordination and team management skills.
