Job Description
To work as part of our Services Team to provide CAD/BIM and Engineering support
The
successful candidate’s role will be as an BIM Engineer within the WSP in India in our Noida or
Bangalore office producing BIM models and detailed engineering designs and construction
drawings
You can expect to be active on a number of projects at any given time
You will report
to Team leader in Project functionally and reporting to Line manager operationally.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare MEP 3D Revit coordinated models
• Clash detection and clash resolution
• Create Parametric Revit Families
• Provide specialist support to design teams preparing analysis and design models
• Support design teams and bid teams with the creation of 3D visualizations
• Support design teams and bid teams with creation of 4D models / visualizations
• Prepare quantities for use in BoQs from the 3D model
• Preparation of schedules and calculations
• Communicating with ME colleagues on daily basis
• Develop positive professional relationship with the WSP in India Team, communicating openly
• about project progress
• Participate in Project meetings, team meetings and act as per task assigned
• Manage delegated tasks to ensure that deadlines are met and flag resourcing concerns to team
• leader
• Identify and flag challenges when encountered to seniors at right time
• Complete timesheet accurately ahead of weekly deadlines
• Undertake technical reviews, peer reviews, checks and contribute to the design.

Qualifications
• Bachelor of Engineering/Diploma in Electrical
