Job Description
• Achieving sales target as per the plan given by board for South Zone
• Manage the P& L for South Zone as a whole and for individual state as well
• Recruit team for south zone, coach and ensure the delivery of set targets
• Monitor the performance of sales team on regular basis and ensure retention of the team
• Follow the sales SOP of the organization for self & team
• Travel across all locations of south to tap new opportunities and also to give support to the sales team (plan to be shared in advance)
• Administrative responsibility of running the offices in south zone (wherever applicable)
