Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience across multiple HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
The internship will last 3 months, during which performance will be closely evaluated. Successful interns will be offered a full-time paid HR Associate position at the end of the program.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in sourcing candidates and screening resumes
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Support onboarding processes and documentation
• Maintain and update HR databases and records
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives
• Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks
• Help organize internal HR-related events or training sessions
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail and professionalism
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
